For a period of Two (2) years from the date of purchase, (Two-Year Residential / One-Year Commercial) Laurel Marble, Inc.’s (LAUREL) Ceramic Tile Shower Base products are warranted against all defects in materials and workmanship.

LAUREL will, at its discretion and upon proof of purchase, repair or replace FREE OF CHARGE during the warranty period any product that proves to be defective in material and/or workmanship under normal installation, use and service. This warranty covers LAUREL’S Ceramic Tile Shower Base products only. THIS WARRANTY IS THE ONLY EXPRESS WARRANTY MADE BY LAUREL. ANY CLAIM MADE UNDER THIS WARRANTY MUST BE MADE DURING THE TWO (2) YEAR PERIOD REFERRED TO ABOVE (TWO-YEAR RESIDENTIAL / ONE-YEAR COMMERCIAL). ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY.

The terms of this limited warranty are effective only when the LAUREL Ceramic Tile Shower Base products are properly installed in accordance with the written installation instructions provided by LAUREL. This warranty is void for any damage to this product due to misuse, improper maintenance, abuse, neglect, fire, earthquake or other Acts of God, accident, improper installation, any use in violation of instructions furnished by LAUREL, any use of replacement parts other than genuine LAUREL parts or damage occurring due to storage of the product. Laurel is not responsible for any damage to any product occurring during shipping. It is the responsibility of the consignee to verify that the product arrives without any damage. If damage occurs during shipping, the consignee is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Damage occurring after original delivery to the original consumer, purchaser or its dealer resulting from accident, improper storage, and/or handling or the unreasonable use including the use of cleaners, chemicals and abrasives is not covered by this limited warranty.

LABOR CHARGES, SHIPPING CHARGES AND/OR DAMAGE INCURRED DURING INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT AS WELL AS INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CONNECTED THEREWITH ARE EXCLUDED AND WILL NOT BE PAID BY LAUREL. ANY MODIFICATION TO PRODUCTS WILL VOID WARRANTY.

The above Two (2) Year Limited Warranty applies only to products used for private primary residential purposes and does not cover commercial usage such as hotels, hospitals, health clubs, etc. Commercial Use Warranty is limited to One (1) Year. If damage occurs due to abnormal use or abuse, this limited warranty does not apply.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusions or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, hence, the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. This warranty provides specific legal rights. There may be other legal rights which vary from state to state.

Exclusion

White grout utilized in certain shower bases is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year Residential usage and ninety (90) days Commercial usage. This exclusion applies to the grout only. All other terms are as written above.
